Your phone rep and technicians were AWESOME! I’ve tried many carpet cleaning companies…from both large national chains to small privately owned ones, and have never been satisfied. It was between you guys and Stanley Steamer. Although your phone rep. guaranteed I would be satisfied, I was still very skeptical after my decision. However, from the moment your techs came to the time they left I can safely say I am 110% satisfied! They certainly listened to my concerns and paid great attention to the little details. I not only would use you all again, but would highly recommend you to everyone I know. The price was slightly higher than what I was wanting to spend for carpet cleaning, but if this is what I get as a result, it was well worth it! Thank You!
