The email communication and reminder of your services were extremely timely and I was totally surprised that you were able to accommodate me on such short notice during Spring Break. Same day service!! I received outstanding service from the phone representative - so friendly! The technician always seems knowledgeable and does a great job. He made my 8 yr old carpet look like new again. It’s great to know that there are companies out there that still work hard to satisfy their customers and demonstrate sincere appreciation of the business. Great work Chem-Dry team!!
